The Diving Board - but there's no diving in Triathlon

A nice swim at lunch today. Including 4x100 IM, which I'm starting to not mind that much.

Towards the end, I was the only person in the pool. Time to confront my Demons with a little diving practice.

BUT - there's no diving in Triathlon. True. But there was diving at the Sea Lions Aquathlon, and yes, I muffed it up big time.

I dove from the platform twice: Perfect. Once from the edge: Perfect.
