Impromptu Time Trial

The swimming lanes were quiet today. Time for an impromptu Time Trial. I did pretty good. I was happy with my time, given that I have just been swimming casually once a week.

I split 500m at 8:59, and finished 1000m at 18:23, around 1:50/100 meter pace.

Bilateral breathing lasted until 400 meters, and flip turns lasted until 750. Form was shot at about 200 meters.
