Hi honey... I just blew up the treadmill

I snook home today at lunch for a quick 5-k on the treadmill. Everything was going great. I had a nice easy 6:00/km pace going. I just happened upon an interesting film, Neil, on Free-on-demand, starring an old friend from University, Greg Bryk, when at exactly 3k, at exactly 18:00, the treadmill just stopped.

At first, I suspected a power outage - but that quickly didn't make sense, as the TV was still on. A blown breaker? nope... treadmill panel still lit up.

Ok - no worries, an anomaly. I'll just reset this switch here, and re-start... BANG!!!.

Frig.

This is not the first time this has happened.
