Hot Hot Hot

It was a hot weekend in the Nation's Capital. Not much training. I did do a mini-tri (of sorts) on Sunday - 10K family bike ride, with Laura on the Trail-a-Bike, 100m swim at the beach (I wanted to go longer, but felt like a bit of a show-off), and then a 10K SLOW run (57:12).
