500 meter PB

The pool was nearly empty. I had the whole wide lane 1 to myself. The water was warm. Red Top... Go!

Last week, I had swum a 500m T.T. (kind of spur of the moment) without much effort, and had gotten a pretty good time. Today, I gave it all the effort -- plus my new speed technique (breathing on the left side instead of the right).
