First outdoor road bike of 2007

I scored by first outside bike ride of the season on my real bike (minus the aero bars). A good news / bad news ordeal... good news is I got out, the bad news, I'm not as bike-fit as I thought. (Maybe it was the wind?) I made it out to Summerstown and back in a little over an hour.



Real riding is from 3k to 25k, the rest is meandering through streets and traffic lights to get to the highway 29.2km/hr avg out, 25km/hr avg back.

Would have been much faster on a Cervélo.
