I am all of the above.

A great Tempo Run at lunch time today. 5K @ 22:40 (4:32 pace).

I tore home, stripping as I entered the door, grabbed the Cult, somehow got my shorts and shoes on, stretching as I dressed, stereo on, cd in, volume to 0dB (aka loud), turn on the treadmill and hit play.

Some reflections:
1. My bout with Plantar Faciitis seems to have been a false alarm... or perhaps a warning.

2. It's been a while since I had a good tempo run. It feels great.

3. I am going to do some soul searching this weekend. And on Monday, I fully expect that I am going to Pull The Trigger.
