Compliments at the Pool

I did a nice set at lunch today:

4 x ( 200 Free (3:30s), 10 seconds rest, 50 Breast (easy), 10 seconds rest)
4 x 100 IM (2:00s) with 15 seconds rest
100 easy.

I'm trying to pick up the swim volume without having to do a weekly monster swim. 2 x 1500s should be enough for me to feel comfortable with sub 1:50/100m pace for an Olympic swim.

The icing on the cake... the new life guard compliments me on my stroke. Get this... "...and especially your butterfly".
