Last Monday night du for the season. Could I go Sub 53??? Hell yes. I let it rip and held on for dear life. 8:09-0:31-25:38-0:26-16:54 grand total of 51:42. Not bad if I say so myself. 5th best on the year (only a minute shy of my all time best)... 2nd fastest run2 of the year. I think I'm pretty much recovered from Esprit. Time to throw caution to the wind and take advantage of some of this residual fitness!
