Shut up Legs



First du o' the year. Not bad considering only the 3rd time on the bike this year (first time on Lola).

I got talked into doing 2-15-4, set a base line for the year.

Les Splits:

[4:13, 4:04], 0:34, [28:49], 0:25, [4:07, 4:42, 4:28, 4:05] = 55:19

The running seemed pretty good. The biking was brutal. I had to channel my inner Jens.
