Redemption

I honestly would not have thought it were possible to top my Aug 4 performance. But, a little tweak of the seat (raising it 1.5 to 2 cm); and all of a sudden, I've found new power and renewed enthusiasm. Last night's du was a personal best - but moreover a huge confidence boost for Saturday's Triathlon.
