Monster swim tonight

I'm heading to the pool tonight, to try and get a long-distance swim in. I used to get one in every week, when I lived in Ottawa. We had a pretty good coach, with some good sets. I did a quick scan of my blog entries to see which workout I'll try to do tonight:
12 x sprints... "computer says nahh"
Too many sets - too much time wasted... another night (bottom of page)
Not disciplined enough to do the 100s on 2:00, 1:55, 1:50, 1:45, 1:40, 1:35 on my own
Too many sets...
I lack discipline
5x100 IM on 2:00 ... uh I don't think so
bottom of page... 1500 in drills -yuck..
not fit enough yet
alright. I'll give her a try.

Verdict - I'm a wuss. I'll see how it goes.
