Sprint Duathlon, Garmin Style

I did the duathlon tonight with my Garmin (for the first time), using the "MultiSport" mode. The "MultiSport" mode worked well - the runs weren't accurately captured because of the forest cover. But, bike speed/distance and heart rate info was.

3K Run, avg. heart rate 1K = 143, 2K = 164, 3K = 171; time = 12:34
Transition 1, heart rate dropped from 171 to 157; time = 00:42
15K Bike, avg. heart rate = 155; time = 28:44 (31.5 kph)
Transition 2, heart rate stayed at 137; time = 00:35
3K Run, avg. heart rate 1K = 151, 2K = 152, 3K = 157; time = 14:13
Final Time = 56:49

Finish status = First Place (Gold Medal), Men born on May 4, 1972.

Close up of the bike portion:

Oh, and I ran in my blessed 2005 year, Asics 1100's (with Yankz).
