Running total for the last 11 days: 3 kilometers.
Last time I swam: 39 days ago.
YTD Bike mileage: 1037 km (Last year at this time = 3048 km).
The excuses: Busy at home, nursing a hamstring injury, too lazy to get on the trainer or treadmill in the evening, nagging chest cold for the last 2 weeks, new shoes suck, no goals.
I feel guilty every time I see someone out running. Every race report I read, I feel a longing to be out there.
Time to turn it around! Time for a kick in the ass!

Come back to us!!!
Goal number 1. Start moving. Today. Do it before you have to use one of those couch to 5K programs...
Goal number 2. Sign up for a fall race: 5K, 10K, half marathon, whatever. I know I can't focus without a race to train for.
Once a triathlete... always a triathlete in my book! Sign up like Jessie said!
What I find best to get myself motivated is to just put my gear on as soon as I get home. You either go out and train, or get ridiculed by your family for looking like an idiot on the couch.
The "start moving" advice is the best. Go for a run and leave the garmin home, go for a ride and leave the speedometer behind. Just get out there.
It's scary how easy it is to fall in a rut. Once you get back on your feet, the rest will be easy.
Sign up for a good race, that'll get ya motivated...:-)
